Free Community Yoga at Elmswood Estate

Community yoga is back on at Elmswood Estate. Here are the dates for the following three months:

Sunday, Septemeber 8 at 8:00am
Sunday, October 6 at 8:00am
Sunday, November 24 at 8:00am

No experience is required and the class is completely free. Just bring your lovely self, a mat and a bottle of water.
