Geelong Drop-in Meditation

Classes, Lessons, Workshops and Talks

In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained. The classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week. There is no need to book or bring anything. Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a second guided meditation based on the topic. There is also an opportunity for discussion, followed by refreshments.

At The science of happiness, discover the Buddhist psychology for controlling the mind. Learn scientific methods for developing inner peace and enjoying true happiness by developing the capacity of your mind. Class dates are May 2, 9, 16 and 23.

At Overcoming Anxiety, learn how to identify and remove the causes of anxiety and worry. Discover simple meditations that will help you keep a calm and flexible mind throughout your day. Class dates are May 30, June 6, 13 and 20.

At Self Esteem, know the freedom of self-acceptance. Overcome critical thoughts towards yourself and others. Develop a positive self-view and inner confidence. Class dates are June 27, July 4, 11 and 18.
