Guided Walk among Jamieson’s Unusual Trees

On the morning of Sunday 29 April (the day after the Jamieson Autumn Festival), members of the STOJL (Significant Trees of Jamieson Ladies) group will host a guided walk among the foreign, rare and exotic trees in Jamieson.

Among the significant trees are a Woolami Pine, many Japanese Maples, two Metasequoias, European Hornbeams, Gingkos, Quaking Aspen, not to mention several 150 year old Oaks and a lone 150 year old California Redwood.

Meet outside the Jamieson Post Office at 10:00am.
