This workshop will teach you to make your own simple and delicious halloumi and ricotta cheeses at home. You will be taken through the hands-on process of each cheese, and take home all the cheeses you make- Appoximately 700g halloumi and approx 450g ricotta. You will be guided through the step by step process of each cheese.
The price of class includes your cheeses to take home and a delicious lunch made from homegrown, local and seasonal ingredients, and and recipes for future cheese making adventures.
It also includes all your materials and equipment use for the day, so no need to bring anything except some enthusiasm and a sense of fun!
Please Note: Covid Restrictions In Place- Safety is paramount. Places are limited due to amount allowed in the area, and 1.5m social distancing needs to be maintained. All lunch will now be served, rather than “help yourself buffet style”. Handwashing and sanitiser will be available, and please do not attend if you are unwell. Please be patient during these challenging times, but we will still learn to make great food together.
