Leanne is not only a professional ice cream maker and a chef but she’s traveled extensively through Vietnam and Asia, immersing herself in the food and culture. Her classes are full of fun, hands-on and by the end of the class, you will go away with helpful hints and tips, some wonderful knowledge of techniques and best of all a full tummy.
Vietnamese culture involves a lot of family gatherings and most of it is centered around food.
The class is not a cooking course it is an informal session where we learn the basics and share our experiences.
Thought some of your favorite dishes can only be bought at your local restaurant? Learn how to make them yourselves and see how easy it can be.
The course is three hours in duration. All participants will be given the opportunity to prepare and cook. Participants will be provided with knife kits, and utilise commercial cooking equipment supplied by the venue.
