From small beginnings in 1990 the Lyon Collection has grown into one of the largest collections of its type in the country, representing more than sixty emerging and established Australian artists.
This exhibition presents selected works from the collection displayed in a panoramic salon-style hang, inviting visitors to survey the collection’s breadth and depth through the narratives of Collector, Artist, Home and Family.
Featuring work from over 30 Australian contemporary artists including Howard Arkley, Polly Borland, Jon Campbell, Shaun Gladwell, Callum Morton, Patricia Piccinini, Matthew Sleeth, and many more.
Exhibition Dates: 7 September 2019 – 26 January 2020. Hours: Tuesday to Sunday 10:00am – 5:00pm, closed Monday and Public Holidays.
