Healesville Hotel Cellars will be stocked to the brim with some very special, hand selected southern Italian wines, and they want to show them off.
Tutored Tasting and Matched Stuzzichini – Guided tasting with Michael ‘trembles’ Trembath to look at this exciting region south of Rome. Seven southern Italian wines and snacks. Bookings by phone limited seats available.
Free Tastings 5:00pm – 7:00pm in the Cellars. Peroni and Prosecco from the Caravan Bar from 4:00pm.
YVP Fresh Tagliatelle Con Polpette with a glass of Southern Italian red or white from 5:00pm.
