Jamieson Farmers and Artisans Market

Markets

7 Dec 2019 to 4 Jan 2020

The Jamieson Farmers and Artisans Market is a not-for-profit initiative of the Jamieson Community Group.

The primary aim of the Jamieson Farmers and Artisans Market is to develop a friendly and social environment where consumers and producers are regularly brought together to buy and sell local produce and craft or arts, as well as provide a welcoming environment for small scale or new producers to sell produce, craft or art as and when available through occasional or permanent attendance as a stall holder.

The Jamieson Farmers and Artisans Market is a twilight market on held on 1st Saturday of December and January each year from 3:00pm until 7:00pm. Held on the banks of the beautiful Jamieson River, just outside the caravan park. Plenty of shade and park land to enjoy your market experience.

The market aims to create an atmosphere that builds on a sense of community, and provide an opportunity for the consumer to purchase directly from the producer. The market operates under the Make it, Bake it, Grow it principle, and intends to offer a broadly diverse and seasonal range of fresh produce and value added products, including local craft and arts.
