Japanese food is renowned for its freshness and simplicity. In this cooking class you’ll learn how to make authentic Japanese food using the freshest seasonal produce and pick up some presentation techniques so you can replicate the dishes at home.
Come expecting a social cooking environment led by an experienced Otao kitchen chef. The cooking lesson will start with a refreshing drink, some demonstrations of Japanese cooking techniques and some insight into the best ingredients to use when cooking Japanese food. Then it’s time to start chopping.
At the end of class everyone will enjoy the incredible food you have made in a relaxed and informal dining setting.
