Spring has sprung and no is the time to take advantage of the fantastic lamb we have in our country.
As a collaboration with Butcher Mark of Balaklava Fresh food store, Mark will teach you the art of boning a leg of lamb and then the art of stuffing and rolling it. Mark will also teach you how to care and sharpen your knife.
Chef Malcolm will teach you how to make a beautiful gravy from the bones, trimmings and pan juices. You will need a chopping board, a sharp knife, roasting tray and a small saucepan or frying pan.
