Chef Malcolm will teach you to make your very own goat’s cheese ricotta from the famous Meredith Dairy most known for their marinated feta cheese.
Chef will then teach you how to use this ricotta to make ricotta gnocchi which can be made gluten-free for those you unable to eat gluten.
This will be an intermediate class and will run for two hours.
You will require a pot, a large colander or strainer, pastry brush, rolling pin, wooden spoon and a large flat surface to roll your gnocchi on.
This class will include a dough cutter to cut your dough and keep for the future.
