Winemakers including Sandra de Pury (Yeringberg), Greg Jarratt (St Huberts), Dylan McMahon (Seville Estate) and Sarah Crowe (Yarra Yering) will present a selection of wines accompanied by a four course menu curated by the team at Hubert Estate, the Yarra Valley’s newest must-visit destination; the perfect landscape to pay homage to the history of our iconic wine region, whilst celebrating what lies ahead.
