Are you aiming to be a bit more experimental with your cooking or even just learn some new culinary skills? Join Cooking on the Bay’s Mediterranean cooking class in Melbourne and discover a whole new range of dishes and flavours you can incorporate into your cooking.
In this class, you will learn all about the unique rich flavours used in Mediterranean cooking from expert cook Tonya. Using fresh produce and a recipe, you will get hands-on recreating traditional dishes from Spain to Italy, to Greece, Turkey and the Middle East! There are a whole range of flavourful dishes for you to cook.
Examples of what you may cook:
– Andalusian gazpacho
– Provençal prawns
– Berber omelettes or Spanish omelettes
– Italian caponata
– French Pipérade
– Moroccan spiced lentils and chickpea dips
– Vegetable, duck and lemon chicken tagines
You will learn new cooking skills, experience the sweet and sour flavours of the region, and then put them to use cooking your luncheon.
