Welcome to this winter workshop offering where you will explore the practice of mindfulness, and look specifically at how compassion and mindfulness practices can enhance our lives.
The workshop is a full-day event based at the Camp HQ, a cosy fire-warmed tipi at the edge of the forest. The workshop includes a variety of mindfulness-based practices and nature-based activities as well as a guided forest-connection hike and delicious hot lunch.
They will offer practical information on what mindfulness actually is, and explore some ways to practice such as mindful nature connection, mindful compassion and mindfulness meditations.
