In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained. The classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week. There is no need to book or bring anything.

Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a second guided meditation based on the topic. There is an opportunity for discussion, followed by refreshments.

At Fearless overcome the inner causes of fear, develop a strong mind and learn the art of worry-free living. Class dates October 14.

Steps to Inner Peace gives step-by-step guidance for taking control of your life. Develop lasting inner peace – the actual cause of happiness – regardless of life’s challenges. Class dates October 21, 28, November 11.

At the Confidence to Change, no one wants to remain ordinary forever. Generate an inspiring vision of yourself; learn the practical methods to make this vision a reality. Class dates November 18, 25, December 2, 9.

At Meditate Pray Love, learn the meditations and practices that transform regular daily life into a spiritual journey. Class dates February 3, 10, 17, 24.

Class are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators. Everyone welcome.
