Pick herbs, botanicals and fruits from the estate and make your own bottle of flavoured extra virgin olive oil.
Learn how to cure olives and pickle or flavour the olives when they are ready to eat.
Enjoy a talk about the property and how the family make all of the 180 products on the farm. Experience a private sampling of natural food and skincare products in the 100-year-old farm homestead.
Want to picnic in the beautiful gardens, grove or by the Murray? Platter box with local condiments available pre or post-event. One $50 platter box serves two-three adults and must be pre-ordered before the class.
