Declutter Your Mind
At present our mind has the nature of movement. This means that we flit from thought to thought without control. This state of inner turbulence is called ‘unstable attention’. It is the basis of our anxiety and depression and makes our inner world cluttered, congested and unpeaceful. It makes happiness and wellbeing impossible.
This is a very common diagnosis in our hectic modern world, but there is a solution. Buddha revealed special meditations that dissolve the turbulence and negativities away.
In this five-week course we will learn these meditations and make our inner mental space like a clear blue sky, the nature of peace. Learn the essential techniques for decluttering your mind, and fulfil your wishes for a focused and happy life.
