An extension of the exclusive Back Vintage Wine Sale held annually in December, this will be the first Back Vintage Dinner at Paringa Estate.
Join the team at Paringa Estate for a unique experience to taste and celebrate past Paringa vintages with winemaker Lindsay McCall. Head Chef Joel Alderson will design a stunning three course menu, paired with some of Lindsay’s favourite back vintage wines.
Three courses with matched ‘Back Vintage’ wines. $195 per person.
Guests will have the opportunity to purchase back vintage wines at the event.
