12 Jun 2021 Annual Event
Join Daylesford Cider in the Cider Hall for a toe-tappin’ evening session with their second band of the day; the Vintage Blues Machine.
The Vintage Blues Machine was designed for the purpose of helping people to feel good. Featuring “the Undertaker” Mr Barry Miller doing all the things with sticks and skins and King Maxwell taking care of all the things with strings and the bits where someone sings.
They’ve crafted a sound that is their own while paying homage to the music that set them alight in the first place. Pour in all the blues and bluesy jazz that they love from the 1920s, 30s & 40s, shake in a hint of country swing, a cup or two of finger pickin’ goodness, add a few secret ingredients, flip the switch and out comes the groovy stuff.
This Queen’s Birthday weekend Daylesford Cider will be unveiling their new winter events space, the ‘Cider Hall’. This heated marquee with its rows of banquet seating is fully licensed and the kitchen will be open throughout each session offering a modest menu of homemade fare. The cider stage will welcome bands on both Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th June, with each event being individually ticketed and available to purchase online through the website. With current capacity regulations, there are limited tickets to each event so get in quick.
