Restaurant Express support by Open Table will see a new collaboration between a farmer – Nadine Verboon, Wattlebank park Farm and a chef – Jaci Hicken, Jacican. The two passionate Gippsland businesses will collaborate to bring dinners a lunchtime Gippsland food experience, highlighting local and directly sourced Gippsland ingredients.

All Restaurant Express support by Open Table events in 2019 are two-course meals with a glass of Victorian wine for the set price of $40.00 per guest. Chef, Jaci has come up with a section of courses that highlight everything that is great about Gippsland, its produces and farmers. Guests will have a choice out of entrée, mains or dessert, as well as a full selection of only Gippsland wine, beer, cider or house-made wine cocktails.

Menu includes: Charcuterie board for entree, pork,lamb or vegetable stack, served with beans, tomatoes, greens from the kitchen garden, potatoes from Cummaudo Farms for main and wild blackberry and sheeps milk curd for dessert.
