Enjoy a lively foray into the wonderful world of Riesling to be led by Hilary Fordham and Matt Withers from the Joval Wine Group. They will inspire a wine lunch like no other; showcasing the diversity and versatility of Riesling. Planted in a vast number of regions worldwide, the Riesling grape produces a surprising range of expressions; from crisp and tangy citrus styles (Clare and Eden Valley), to the floral wines of Tasmania and finally to the more rich, textural styles of Alsace.

Featuring dishes such as pickled kingfish with quinoa salad, yuzu sorbet and hijiki marinade, and a dessert not to be missed – Riesling poached pear with pain perdu, golden hazelnut dust and vanilla ice-cream. Embrace autumn with a Riesling lunch guaranteed to satisfy and inspire.
