Learn how to make your own delicious homemade sourdough bread in this fun, hands-on workshop. You will take home your own loaf, at the point of allowing it to have its final rise, then bake it at home.
You can choose to make a spelt, wholemeal or wholegrain loaf.
$100 pp includes ingredients and equipment, a delicious homemade lunch, your bread, recipe/instruction sheets, and a starter to take home for future bread bakes.
You will need to bring a baking tin or bowl, or cane banneton, to prove your loaf in. Supplies are available at the workshop.
