St Kilda Drop-in Meditation

Classes, Lessons, Workshops and Talks

In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained. You can drop in any week. Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a second guided meditation based on the topic. There is also an opportunity for discussion, followed by refreshments.

At Mindfulness and the Healing Power of Meditation, understand how to use challenges to develop inner strength and resilience. Heal your body and mind, and find peace through the practice of mindfulness. Class dates are October 4, 11 and 18.

At Buddhism and the Meaning of Life, understand the essential principles of Buddhism, cultivate your wisdom and good heart, and start to enjoy a meaningful, harmonious and happy life. Class dates are October 25, 31, November 1, 8, 15.

At a Life without Stress, explore Buddhist meditations that help us calm the mind, overcome stress and respond to difficulties in positive ways. Class dates are November 22, 29, December 6, 13.

At the Power to be Happy
Give yourself the power to be happy in 2019. Learn methods for awakening your potential, overcome relationship problems and experience a joyful life. Class dates are February 7, 14, 21, 28.
