Join Gourmet Shin’s sushi-making class at Tokyo Deli/Ramen Monk in Elsternwick on Friday April 2nd from 11am to 1pm for a practical introduction to making perfect sushi at home.
Learn to cook the perfect sushi rice and master the knife skills to slice a fillet of fish correctly. Ticket sales at the website.
Participants will receive a 10% discount on groceries at Tokyo Deli on the day of their class.
