Dive deep into the world of gin in an evening of sensory discovery. Journey through Melbourne Gardens at dusk, and sit and sip on a delicious Pickett and Co gin by Anther as you hear from two experts in botanicals and distillation; the Botanist, Professor Tim Entwisle, Director and Chief Executive of the Gardens; and the Distiller, one of Australia’s leading liquor experts, Sebastian Reaburn.
Then head to the spectacular Matilda restaurant, where you will be greeted by the Chef: esteemed restaurateur Scott Pickett. Explore all elements of the distillation process with Dr Dervilla McGowan and the Anther team, while enjoying bespoke cocktails and a delicious gin- infused canape menu.
