Two days, 10 of Australia’s most exciting chefs, and 300 degrees of great wood-fired eating and cool-climate drinking. With talent from the likes of Jerry Mai (Bia Hoi), Andrew McConnell (Supernormal), Shane Delia (Maha), Nornie Bero (Mabu Mabu), Afik Gal (Miznon), Tina Li (Dainty Sichuan), Ismail Tosun (Miksa) and Tom Sarafian (ex-Bar Saracen) on the tongs and stoking the flames, and more than 20 different wines from some of Victoria’s most exciting wine regions on pour, this is winter at its warmest.
There’s campfire stories, marshmallows to toast for the kids and demonstrations and talks from guest chefs plus live music and entertainment for the bigger kids.
– 20 great dishes from more than 10 fantastic eateries, including Supernormal, Maha, Dainty Sichuan,, Mabu Mabu, Bia Hoi, Miznon, Tom Sarafian and Miksa.
– 20-plus Grampians and Pyrenees wines on pour at the Festival Bar.
