Everyone knows that meditation is beneficial, but still we find it difficult to develop a regular practice.
The Indian master Atisha condensed Buddha’s 84,000 teachings into just 21 essential meditations to help us improve our experience of daily happiness. This is called the Stages of the Path to Enlightenment or Lamrim in Tibetan. Through practising these meditations we can learn to discover the inner peace of meditation and how to apply it to our daily life.
Take some time to sit down and meditate every Thursday evening and kick start your meditation practice.
