The Stables at Stones are delighted to announce that their seasonal dinners are returning, with the first of 2022 kicking off on Saturday June 11! A celebration of all things regional and seasonal, this will be a night of amazing wines, spectacular food, and a good dose of fun!

Head Chef Samuel Eng has designed an incredible menu focusing on all things duck as well as celebrating the amazing producers that pepper this little corner of the world. From hay smoked duck egg to Dry-aged Great Ocean duck breast (not to mention Sam’s duck fat butterscotch!) it’s a five-course set menu sure to amaze with a remarkable selection of matched wines to accompany each course!

To Follow: Hay smoked duck egg, truffle, potato. Atika Chardonnay

Dry aged Great Ocean duck breast, burnt leek, rye pangrattato, kumquat. Yeringberg Pinot Noir

Something sweet: Kouign-amann, brown butter miso ice cream, duck fat butterscotch and gooseberries. Quinta de la Rosa Port
