Carefully selected stallholders offer premium produce at this new farmers market. Buy direct from local and regional growers and speciality makers. Set in the beautiful township of Wonga Park, at the 120 year old primary school, the market has a relaxed, village style setting with communal tables and panoramic views. Buskers and kids’ activities add to the atmosphere.
Fruit and vegetables, pastured lamb, artisan smallgoods including maple cured free range bacon and lambacon, cheeses, sourdough breads, raw honey, free range eggs, pasta, baked goods, preserves, handmade chocolate, organic spices, fruit juices, locally roasted coffee, wine, craft beers and ciders, take home meals, market breakfast/brunch and more.
Discover the story behind your food as well as supporting local farmers and small producers. Buying direct from them gives you a greater connection to the seasons and to how your food is produced. You also cut down on food miles and support sustainable shopping practices. So, grab a coffee and some breakfast, chat to stallholders and head home with a bounty of premium fresh produce and locally made food.
Gold coin donation at the gate is appreciated (to support WPPS projects and programs). Visit the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden while you are there.
