Start your weekend off with a whole-body workout of a different kind, led by international award winners, ex-AFL star and local legends.

In this part workshop, part workout, you will gain practical insights into being your best across physical strength and fitness, nutrition and mindset.

The panel includes: Hunter Johnson, CEO at The Man Cave and STUFF; Psychologist and ex-AFL footballer, Ed Barlow; Meditation teacher, therapist and community-builder, Al Jeffrey; and Rebecca Hall, Health and Wellbeing Coach.

8:30 arrive for a free coffee and chat. 8:50 light meditation.

9:00 to 10:30 the panel.

10:45 optional workout – boxing circuit or floor pilates, your choice.

Five lucky folks will also walk away with a pair of boxing gloves from their supporters, Onward Athletics.

If you are looking to get that little bit more out of yourself, in any capacity, this event is for you.

No preaching, just actionable insights, ideas and stories which can support you in making some small, but meaningful change to get the most out of yourself.
