Restaurant and Cafe

Baluchi. It is a fusion of Iranian, Pakistani and Afghani dishes – basically Baluchi food. The name ‘Baluchi’ derives from Baluchistan, a region that comprises three neighbouring countries sharing one border.

A group of Baluch people, also known as Muslim immigrants, first arrived in Perth, Australia as cameleer in mid 1850s, making a significant impact in Australian culture and heritage for the past 100 years and considered to be one of the pioneers of the region’s transportation line.

Baluchi is the first restaurant representing this historic culture and cuisine, having a legacy of Australian heritage as cameleers.
