Bellarine Jam

Bellarine Jam is a local small batch jam with a mission to do jam differently. They’ve taken traditional recipes and turned them on their head, playing with flavours while making the most of locally sourced, best-in-season fruit.

Every recipe uses in season fruit and captures all the flavour, keeping sugar levels low as to let the ingredients sing. Colour is key when it comes to good homemade jam, and these are bursting with it and are all natural, of course.

The unique and flavoursome jam combinations, lend themselves to everything and anything – going far beyond bread and scones. Swirl a dollop onto your morning porridge, layer into cakes, serve with cheese, slather lashings onto pudding, or stir into your cocktail or soda for a bright and lovely hit.
