Big Tree Distillery

Big Tree Distillery is the result of a gin-loving husband and wife team Catherine and Gary, who love good gin so much they decided to make their own.

Devoted to bringing you truly home-grown delicious award winning gins. The distillery and tasting room are situated in the picturesque Macedon Ranges, only one hours drive from Melbourne. The distillery is based on Jack’s Springs Farm that overlooks stunning farmland views and the Cobaw Ranges.

Big Tree’s beautiful bottles are designed to be kept long after the gin is gone, with the artwork painted by local Macedon Ranges artist Sarah Gabriel and Melbourne botanical artist David Reynolds, with limited editions of each piece in the series.

Big Tree Distillery produce a range of premium award winning Australian gins. Big Tree’s iconic Gins include Elegant Dry Gin winning Best Australian Gin at the World Spirit Awards in London 2020 and Big Tree’s Claude Navy Strength Gin winning Double Gold at the World San Francisco Spirit Awards in 2019.
