Menu staples are chef Chris Terlikar’s signature 12-hour smoked brisket, ribs and house-made sausages. Seasonal side dishes include buttermilk skillet biscuits with sweet onion and thyme butter and heirloom zucchini salad with whipped ricotta, lemon balm, bacon and roasted pecan dressing.
