Hickinbotham of Dromana was established as a winery in 1988. Since then the HIX brewery was established which has led to many internationally acclaimed beers, all which are on tap at the Cellar Door. The new Mintaro restaurant features amazing produce and hosts a variety of local musicians and artists.
Located on the Mornington Peninsula, Hickinbotham is known for wines such as Tempranillo, Chardonnay with Aligote, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Merlot, Merlot, Shiraz and Strawberry Kiss. These wines are continually winning high end awards in the Australian market.
Everything is made on site. Hickinbotham of Dromana can cater for all occasions, whether it is a wedding, conference or function. They can hold up to 250 people.
