Jane Dough is a small bakery at the end of the Great Ocean Road in Warrnambool, Victoria. They specialise in gourmet doughnuts, but also have a range of pastries and sourdough bread on offer.
All of their products are hand-made and preservative-free. They source their flour from Wholegrain Milling in Gunnedah, NSW. They have a focus on organic and sustainable milling and work closely with them to provide a top-quality product.
Where possible, their raw ingredients are sourced as locally as possible. They get local fruit and turn it into fillings for their doughnuts and danishes, and their dairy products come from just down the road at Warrnambool Cheese & Butter.
