Jilarty was established in 2007 to bring Swan Hill and the Mallee area their homemade gelato and sorbetto. They carefully craft their gelato and sorbetto on the premises in the artisan manner of the true gelato craftsman as practiced in Italy.
They use all natural ingredients and are often asked about the difference between Jilarty artisan gelato and commercial ice cream. They say the really best way to know the difference is to have a taste and then “Viva La Difference”.
In 2009, they added a café with a variety of breakfast and lunch options.
