The team at La Bimba are excited to open for summer 2021 with a menu that focuses on local, sustainably caught seafood. With a more casual and relaxed approach to their service, they want people to come in, sit down, roll up their sleeves and just get stuck into great local seafood washed down with some cracking booze.
Despite things being more relaxed in the dining room they are still dead serious about sourcing seafood from local fishermen that use low impact fishing methods as well as king prawns and crab from the Spencer Gulf in South Australia.
