Martin Street Coffee Roasters is a commercial coffee roasting company, established in 2016.

Producing a range of fresh roasted coffee and small-batch, exquisite beverage preparations, such as hot chocolate and fresh chai.

Co-founders Simon and Simon created Martin Street Coffee Roasters in picturesque Blackwood. Renovating a dilapidated 150-year-old, former gold rush building. Blackwood is a small township hidden in Victoria’s Wombat State Forest, on route to Daylesford.

Predominately a virtual business supplying wholesale trade, Blackwood roastery is open for factory direct purchases most weekdays between 9:00am – 3:00pm.

A visit is an immersive experience where one enters a live operating Roastery. Drop by to talk coffee, sample our products and purchase factory direct.

The online store never closes and dispatches orders daily.

Martin Street Coffee Roasters is set apart, by the unique use of handmade air roasting machines. The bespoke equipment uses 20 per cent less energy and emits 90 per cent less smoke than traditional wood and gas-fired coffee roasting methods. The result is smooth, full flavoured coffee that’s never bitter.

The Blackwood location houses the roastery, a packing room, specialist storage, quality control lab, training facilities, offices, a commercial kitchen, event space and residence.
