David had a lengthy spell working under Jamie Oliver at the world famous fifteen restaurant in London, and also lists Gordon Ramsay and Jason Atherton’s michelin-starred Maze restaurant on his resume.
The menu is inspired by David’s time spent living in and exploring Europe, driven by the seasons and availability of the best quality produce.
Miss Amelie was awarded Australian Good Food Guide Chefs Hat Winner 2018.
