The team Pandesal Bakery delight in bringing you fine artisan breads. Their breads and pastries are handmade the old fashioned way.

Located in Meeniyan, just 90 minutes from Melbourne, Pandesal Bakery was started by Stephen, an acclaimed baker with a passion to create a natural bread without preservatives or additives.

By using a long fermentation process, they achieve a bread with more flavour, using only the basic ingredients: flour, water and salt. Sourdoughs are their focus – the process and fermentation can take up to 36 hours from start to finish.

They offer a great variety of sourdoughs, Turkish loaves, ciabatta, polenta, fruit loaves, spelt sourdough and many more. In fact, they have a different selection of breads and pastries made fresh every day.
