Red Door Estate

Red Door Estate is a family-owned boutique winery vineyard nestled in the Mardan hills of the Strezlecki Ranges of South Gippsland. John and Adrienne Neilson are the second proud owners of five years in the vineyard’s 19-year-old history of growing and producing Pinot noir, Sauvignon blanc and cool-climate Shiraz.

The cool climate around Mirboo North has helped Red Door Estate to produce many wonderful vintages, including several such as the 2017 Sauvignon Blanc that have won awards at the Gippsland Wine Show.

They are currently closed due to the Covid-19 restrictions, but please check their Facebook page for updates regarding their re-opening. If the easing of these restrictions allows, from the end of October they will fire up their pizza oven and be offering pizza and cheese platters at the Cellar Door. They are wheelchair friendly to the Cellar Door.
