Summer EXP by SUNDA _

SUNDA’s _ lockdown offshoot, EXP, is back with more. This time as a pop-up over summer with alfresco dining (indoors too) and a Southeast Asian meets Italian menu. Think pastas with Asian sauces, Asian dishes with Italian ingredients like ‘nduja and bottarga, a Vietnamese spin on tiramisu, and Asian-flavoured soft serve. Playful, fun and relaxed is the modus operandi.
