Carefully curated by Head Chef, Chris Barlow, the fine dining menu offers a variety of Australian fusion dishes and sharing plates, featuring locally sourced produce from the Great Ocean Road and Surf Coast regions.
Their aim is to showcase local produce and artists, from the highest quality ingredients to the plates they are presented on. The dinnerware is hand-made by local Surf Coast artist, Angela Nicholson and water jugs by Anglesea ceramic artist, Melinda Solly.
The carefully selected bar menu features a range of locally sourced wines and craft beer. You’ll also find crafted cocktails from Great Ocean Road Gin and Timboon Distillery, in addition to the classics on their extensive cocktails list.
