Sliding doors lead out onto the private courtyard enclosed by brushwood fencing. This liveable covered alfresco area has two comfortable lounge chairs amidst greenery, and the clear roofing allows the sunlight to shine through still.
It’s so close to everything- 150 metres to Claremont Quarter, 600 metres to the train station and only 10 minutes into the city or 20 minutes to Optus Stadium, 800 metres to lake Claremont for a nice walk around the lake or a hit of golf at the Lake Claremont Golf Course, lots of restaurants and cafes in walking distance, 1 kilometre to the Claremont Jetty for a spot of fishing, a decent 2.5 kilometres walk to North Cottesloe beach.
