The three State Heritage listed grand Colonial 19th century houses sit upon the slope of Monument Hill overlooking Fremantle with the Indian Ocean beyond. Located opposite the World Heritage listed Fremantle Prison and about 5 minutes walk from the cappuccino strip at the heart of the port city. Another 5 minutes stroll will take you to the fishing boat harbour, the railway station or the ferry terminal.
The bed and breakfast is filled with a rich collection of art – paintings, sculpture, glass, woodcraft and pottery – from local, national and international artists. Enjoy the flower-filled courtyards furnished with comfortable seating or explore the sculpture garden.
Rooms are all fitted with ceiling fans and reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort all year round. Each has a queen bed with finest quality 1,000 thread count sheets and a variety of pillows. There are comfortable chairs and a desk for any work that may have to intrude on your stay.
All rooms are non smoking, serviced daily and equipped with a television, DVD, radio, bar fridge and kettle. Complimentary tea, coffee, mineral water and snacks are provided in every room. Wi-Fi is free in all the rooms and common areas (although the signal can be a little weak in the courtyards).
