Located in the historic World War II Kingstown Barracks, the Rottnest Island Hostel dormitories are a great low budget option for guests just wanting a place to rest their head or stay in the Hostel Family Room which comprises of a queen bed and a bunk bed (great for families on a low budget).
Offering everything you need with a communal kitchen, ablution facilities and a lounge area complete with a television.
Please note that the Kingstown Hostel is alcohol free and is not open year round. When closed, guests may be accommodated in a house in the Thomson Bay Settlement.

Offering everything you need with a communal kitchen, ablution facilities and a lounge area complete with a television. Bed linen is provided but guests will need to bring their own towels (also available for hire upon booking).

These authentic recently restored art deco buildings provide spectacular views over Thomson Bay. Built for commanding officers stationed on Rottnest during World War II, rooms are spacious and fitted out to reflect the status of the original occupants.
Laid out with 3 bedrooms (each containing two single beds which can be made up as a king size bed if requested 48 hours in advance) these cottages are ideal for families with a well-appointed kitchen, separate living and dining area. The veranda, which overlooks the sea, has a comfortable seating area and enclosed courtyard, perfect for enjoying warm sunny days. These cottages are self-contained and fully equipped.
