Situated just 5 kilometres north-east of Margaret River township and within easy driving distance of the region’s numerous attractions, the immensely popular Margaret River Hideaway and Farmstay is a gazetted “Land for Wildlife” property.
Their 4 gumnut-rated accommodation includes two well-appointed Studios (suitable for one to four persons) and seven very comfortable 2 and 3 bedroom cottages, catering for between two and eight guests – in varying configurations. Please note that where their cottages have wood fires, the two Superior Studios have reverse-cycle air-conditioning only!
Many guests, including some from overseas, return again and again, such is their enjoyment of this peaceful retreat.
Their “farm” encompasses 23.3 hectares (57 acres) and is home to a wide array of animals including Dorper sheep, alpacas, Scottish Highland cattle, geese, ducks, guinea fowl, emus, peacocks and chickens. Kids and adults enjoy their animal feeding every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
