Margaret River Waterfall Cottages

The studios are in sets of two and designed for couples only, with a queen-size bed in the kitchen/living area. They are fully self-contained with microwave, four burner hotplates, under bench oven, refrigerator and separate bathroom with shower. There is a comfortable sofa, table and chairs for two, television with a video player, reverse cycle air-conditioning and private paved veranda with table and chairs.

There is one small cottage sleeping up to four people. The bedroom is on a carpeted mezzanine floor, reached by a set of open stairs. There are two single beds in an open area which you walk through to a large master bedroom with king bed which can be converted to singles if required. The combined living/kitchen/dining area is small but fully equipped with dishwasher, gas hotplate and underbench oven, sofa, armchair, small table and chairs, television, video, potbelly fire and bathroom with shower. This cottage also has its own laundry at the back and is located near the entrance so is not quite as private as the family cottages down by the lake, but still has lovely views over the river valley.

The spa cottages have a stunning decor with choice of aubergine or navy colour scheme. There are glass splashbacks in the kitchens, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, granite bench tops and travertine floors. The kitchen/living area has a sofa bed and armchair, reverse cycle air-conditioning, table and chairs, coffee table, LCD television and DVD player.

The spa bathroom has glass mosaic tiles, marble floors, corner spa, separate shower, heated towel rail and enclosed washing machine/dryer. This connects to the bedroom with king bed, carpet and LCD television. There are floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the sweeping views over the lake with forest backdrop, and a large wooden deck with barbecue. The cottages are surrounded by extensive gardens for privacy and to encourage the local wildlife.

The four family cottages sleep up to six, with a master bedroom on the ground floor and four single beds upstairs on a carpeted open mezzanine. There is a floor to ceiling partition between each set of beds with wardrobes to provide some privacy. These beds can be converted to kings if required.

The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave,dishwasher, four burner gas hotplate, under bench oven, full size refrigerator and there is a dining setting for six, potbelly fire, two large sofas and coffee table in the living area, with television and video player. Bathroom facilities include a separate toilet, separate shower and open vanity area designed for multiple uses. Outside there is a large paved veranda with table and chairs.
