Miners Camp at Coalseam Conservation Park

Located in the Coalseam Conservation Park, two old coal mineshafts can still be seen near Miners Camp, on the far side of the Irwin River.
Better known for its annual display of wildflowers, visitors can also enjoy hunting for fossils in the banks of the River.
Camping is available for both caravans and tents, with basic facilities provided by means of barbecues and toilets.
Campfires are not permitted. Campers are advised to bring enough drinking water for the duration of their stay.

Located next to the Irwin River South, a tributary that flows into the Irwin River, Miners is the main camping ground in Coalseam Conservation Park. It is accessible by two-wheel drive, four-wheel drive and caravan.
Camping is available for both caravans and tents, with basic facilities provided by means of barbecues and toilets.
